fiboa datasets (fiboa 0.3) — moved

These datasets are now published, updated and extended in the Harmonized Field Boundary Data catalog (s3://ftw/harmonized-field-data), hosted by Fields of the World.

The new catalog holds the same national and regional field boundary datasets, converted to the fiboa schema with fiboa-cli, with more countries and, where the source offers them, every edition year:

• Catalog README: all collections, their sources, editions and licenses
• AGENTS.md: how to query across collections
• STAC catalog
• s3://ftw/harmonized-field-data/*/latest/*.parquet: the newest edition of every collection

The files in this repository are no longer updated. They stay available so existing links keep working, but new work should read the catalog above.

Older datasets in the fiboa 0.2 format are in the other repositories of the fiboa organization; they are superseded by the same catalog.
